Through in-house training our engineers always operate according to the latest procedures and guidelines. All NDM service engineers have had an extensive training in Solas operation, offshore safety and safety control - each certified to get the job done, both fast and safely – without comprising your operation.
Experience
To ensure that all our service engineers are fully trained in the installation, troubleshooting and operation of our systems we have made it policy that each engineer acquires both factory and field experience. This gives them an extensive insight - resulting in quick trouble shooting and effective service.

NDM Service Network
Aside from full on-site service we offer free online support to all NDM products through the NDM Service Network. This Network provides access to all the drawings, manuals, installation instructions and operation procedures of your specific NDM Product. Furthermore our network offers free access to the latest safety regulations (e.g. Solas), recommended practices and offers practical tips on maintaining your NDM safety product.
